🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges.

🔁 Exchange Eligibility

  • We accept exchanges only—no refunds or store credits.
  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size and style.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us in eligible cases.
    Note: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • We do not accept exchanges on:
    • Used, washed or products without original tags intact.
    • Items marked/purchased on “Sale”.
    • Customized or altered products.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We cover the cost of return shipping. Our team will arrange the pickup once your exchange is approved.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In case the requested exchange item is of a different price, you’ll be charged or refunded the difference.

📦 Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Orders: Typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • International Orders: Dispatched within 3–4 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics delays.

📍 Service Area

  • We are based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh and deliver across all of India and internationally.

💬 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at labeldginfo@gmail-com or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 6261399513 within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired size or product.
  3. We’ll confirm availability and arrange a reverse pickup.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the replacement.

! Limitation of Liability

The Label DG is not liable for:

  • Delays due to customs or courier errors
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Any misuse of products post-delivery.

! Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms for payment processing, shipping logistics, and website management. These include but are not limited to Shopify, Razorpay, and Shiprocket.

! Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR (₹), unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, PayPal, and net banking.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • In case of payment gateway issues or failures, please contact us immediately.
